🥦 Our veggie garden has been doing really well and we already harvested a ton of cucumbers, most of which we pickled. There was just no way we could eat them all.

🐝 We also pulled the trigger and ordered two bee colonies and I’m currently in the process of assembling the two hives.

I also started a pilot for a health coaching program I call Performance Nutrition. It’s geared toward people who need guidance with their eating, exercise and sleeping habits, and it’s been a great success so far. At the end of the pilot program, I’ll decide if I’ll continue and take on more clients or not.

What Else I’ve Been Up To

I’m currently testing a breath analyzer that can detect how my metabolism is working. Specifically, it can tell me if I’m burning fat or carbs for energy. It’s super interesting and I learned a lot about my own metabolic flexibility (the ability to change back and forth between fat and carbs).
