Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Period: Begins at 12:00 AM ET on April 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 1, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter: Complete the preference form on this page by providing a valid email address and submitting the form during the Entry Period. Each eligible entrant receives one (1) entry. Each optional subscription selected at the time of submission earns one (1) additional bonus entry. Limit one form submission per person/email address. Multiple submissions will not result in additional entries; only the most recent submission will be counted.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive the entire prize pack consisting of: one (1) Somnee Smart Sleep Bundle including headband and travel case (ARV $589), one (1) pair of Xero Shoes Prio (ARV $100), one (1) Carnivore Bar 6-Pack (ARV $95), one (1) $100 MK Supplements gift card, and one (1) $100 Terra Lava gift card. Total approximate retail value (ARV): approximately $984. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prizes except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing weighted by total entries earned, on or about May 10, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Privacy: By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may collect and use your email address and form responses to administer the giveaway and deliver relevant email content based on your selected preferences.
