I'm on a ketogenic paleo diet and people always ask me: "Michael, what do you eat?" So I decided to document everything I eat and drink. The list below is not meant as a recipe book or to help you figure out your macros. I don't don't count macros and you, probably, don't need to either. I eat as much as I want and until I feel satisfied. Or course, I gravitate towards fatty food and I avoid carbs. I also add a lot of real salt to each meal.
